These general conditions of sale define the rights and obligations of Fleur de Point and of the customer in regards to the products presented by Fleur de Point on its website www.fleurdepoint.com (hereinafter referred to as “the Site”). They apply exclusively between the micro enterprise Marie Clapisson which is headquartered at Le Petit Bressault 53200 Ménil, FRANCE and registered in the Laval Trade and Companies Register under number 54008262500018 (hereinafter “us”, “our”, “Fleur de Point”) and any physical human consumer visiting or making a purchase via the website itself (hereinafter referred to as “the Customer”).
On the Site, Fleur de Point allows the customer to order online products from the brand Fleur de Point (hereinafter referred to as “the Product(s)”) according to the present terms and conditions.
Any order placed via Fleur de Point therefore entails the unconditional acceptance by the Customer of these conditions. Fleur de Point reserves the right to modify the current general conditions at any time without notice; the applicable conditions are those in effect on the date of the order by the Customer.

All product prices are given in euros inclusive of all taxes (VAT not applicable), but do not include delivery charges.
We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time without prior notice. The items will be invoiced according to the prices in effect at the time the order is completed.
The sales price you see on the Website exclude import taxes and duties you may need to pay if you purchase products from abroad.
Placing an order
The order on the Website occurs in a few steps, which includes:

The items ordered will remain the property of Fleur de Point until we receive the full payment amount. Payments must be made in full in one time.
We reserves the right to cancel or refuse any orders from a customer with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order or who appears to present some form of risk.
Products and availability
The products offered for sale are the ones described on the Website.
We take great care to ensure that the descriptions and specifications of products are accurate in all published materials. However, specifications and descriptions of products are not intended to be binding and are only intended to provide general information about the products. Photos’ colour clarity will depend upon your own personal monitor and we therefore cannot guarantee that the colour of the actual product is absolutely accurate. Also you acknowledge and accept that items you buy can be a little bit different from the photo of the product you ordered: this cannot be considered as non-conformity. You can always contact us for more information about the products.
We commit to deliver the selected items until the stock is empty. In case one product is out of stock, we will refund all amounts paid by the client within 14 days.
If one or more ordered product is unavailable, you may not use this reason to cancel your order entirely; you are bound by your acceptance of the offer for one or several available items.
Dispatch and delivery
Products will be delivered at the address given on the order form, in one or more parcels

Delivery time and services depends on the location you require the order to be shipped to. Refer to FAQ page.
Dispatch is preceded after we receive and collect the total amount of the order.
You must fill in carefully all the fields of the delivery address form.
Neither Fleur de Point, nor the courier or delivery service can be held liable for failure of delivery due to inaccuracy or error in the delivery address.
Fleur de Point cannot be held responsible for the consequences due to a late delivery when it is not caused by us.
You should check the parcel’s condition (no important impact) and ensure is not open, in the presence of the delivery man. If you have any doubt whatsoever over the state or content of the parcel, you should refuse the parcel and notify our Customer Service in writing within 3 days.
The transfer of risks takes place at the time of the delivery of the products at the address you gave us or when you withdraw the package from the carrier.
You can choose to pay with Paypal, either with your personal Paypal account or directly by card without creating an Paypal’s account. Paypal is the leading online micropayment system, recognized all over the world for its reliability and security.
Invoices, order breakdowns and vouchers shall be provided in electronic form only.
Return and withdrawal
You may request the refund of items ordered within thirty (30) calendar days from the delivery date.
Returns must be in the state you received them, and in the original packaging (including, if possible, the original delivery box). Some items like perfumes, ship with an attached security tag. For health and safety reasons, merchandise returned without the original tag attached or a damaged tag may not qualify for a refund.
The original invoice must be provided with any return.
If the above conditions are respected, you will be refunded for returned products and the initial delivery costs (except in case of partial return).
The return is at the risk of the Customer. Items lost in transportation will not be compensated for.
Shipping charges on returned merchandise are at the customer’s expense unless Fleur de Point has delivered a damaged or different item from the item ordered.
Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within two (2) weeks of the return of the product, using the payment option used by the customer for his order.
Note that additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded.
Neither will shipping costs.
For countries within the EU, VAT will be included in the refund.
Faulty items will be exchanged to the same type of product, subject to availability.
Refunds for faulty items can be made within the 14-day period following receipt.
For all stages, from access to the site, browsing, filling in forms,placing an order, delivering items or any other service, Fleur de Point only has an obligation for due care. Therefore, Fleur de Point cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience or damages arising from the use of the Internet and completely outside the diligence and precautions taken by Fleur de Point.
In particular, Fleur de Point cannot be held responsible for any disruption in provision of the service, or any external intrusion or presence of a computer virus.
From time to time, we may stop or restrict access to some parts or all of this Website We will not be liable if for any reason this Website is unavailable at any time or for any period.
Links to third party websites may appear on the Website. Such third party websites are not the responsibility of Fleur de Point and Fleur de Point accepts no responsibility for the availability, suitability, reliability or content of such third party websites and does not endorse the views expressed therein.
Fleur de Point cannot be considered as responsible for misuse of the items bought.
In case of force majeure, Fleur de Point’s obligations shall be suspended for the duration of the force majeure event, without compensation.
Explicitly, are considered as force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances beyond those usually retained by the course of jurisprudence and French courts, total or partial strikes, lockouts, riots, boycotts or other actions in industrial or disputes commercial, civil disturbance, insurrection, war, bad weather, epidemics, blockage of transport or supply for any reason whatsoever, earthquake, fire, storm, flood, water damage, governmental or legal restrictions, legal changes or regulatory forms of marketing, computer failure, telecommunications blocking, including wired and wireless telecommunications networks, and other cases independent of the will of the parties preventing normal execution of the contractual relationship.
If the force majeure event continues for more than three (3) months, the contract concerned shall be terminated automatically without indemnity to one or other of the parties.
