Most frequent questions and answers

We understand that it can be hard determining if you’ll love the perfume from your computer screen, which is why we offer a complimentary sample with every product order (not samples-only orders).

This sample should be used first to test the perfume. If you don’t like the fragrance, we are more than happy to accommodate a return on items that have not been opened, with the undamaged original tag.

Sorry, but all sales of samples are final and we are unable to accept sample returns.
Perfumes are considered a hygienic product. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and do not allow opened items to be returned for the safety of all our customers. That’s why merchandise returned without the original tag attached or a damaged tag may not qualify for a refund. We are not alone – other perfume houses do not allow returns of opened items for the same reasons.

Sample Orders
Sorry, but all sales of samples are final and we are unable to accept sample returns.

Product Orders
We are pleased to accommodate returns within 30 days on most products unused, unopened and in its original and undamaged packaging. Merchandise returned without the original tag attached or a damaged tag may not qualify for a refund.

Shipping costs must be paid by the customer.

We recommend that you send your return with a tracking option, because Fleur de Point will not be responsible for lost returns.
Note: please indicate “return, no duties” on the package, otherwise the package may be returned back to you.

Please email marie@fleurdepoint.com to get return authorization and approval (RMA). We highly recommend that you return the item carefully so it is not damaged upon its return.

Once you receive an RMA, please send returned items to the address below. Your money will be refunded within 14 business days after we receive the package.

A full refund will be provided to the original method of payment after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returns were not opened.

We provide a refund based on standard shipping for all orders. Any express shipping costs will not be refunded.

For the vast majority of returns, it takes about 2-5 Business Days for us to get your package, inspect your return and complete your refund.

If the refund is being issued to a credit card, depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 Business Days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

We currently accept :

  • Visa and MasterCard with Paypal (no need to have a Paypal account)
  • Paypal account

Your card information is encrypted using SSL technology. Fleur de Point does not store any data related to your bank card.

France (metropolitan) and Monaco: FREE shipping

Other countries: FREE shipping on orders over 150€ else 10€ per shipment.

We’re committed to getting your order to you as soon as possible (because we know how much you want it!).

France: products are delivered by La Poste in Colissimo. Deadline generally noted: 3 to 5 working days for an order placed before 12h on a working day.

Other countries: products are sent by Colissimo International. Deadline within 3 to 10 working days after your order date and the country of destination for an order placed before 12h on a working day.

We are unable to process an exchange. You must return your item to be processed for a, then place a new order to purchase the desired one.
